The Supreme Court has clearly rebuked Mr Bhatt in sharp terms, saying he had interacted with "top rival political leaders of Gujarat" despite being a senior police officer.
"It is also apparent that the petitioner had acted in deliberation and consultation with the leaders of rival political party, NGOs and had sent the e-mails to the effect that he was not fully exploited by a counsel of the rival political party while his statement was being recorded before the Justice Nanavati Commission," the court said, adding that Mr Bhatt "exchanged e-mails with rival political party leaders and was being tutored by the lawyer of NGO and its activist."

In a major embarrassment to the CBI, a special court today let off a former top bureaucrat and three telecom firms in the 2002 additional spectrum scam, saying the agency had filed a "false and fabricated" chargesheet against the accused.
Shyamal Ghosh, a former Telecom Secretary, and three telecom firms - Hutchison Max (P) Ltd, Sterling Cellular Ltd and Bharti Cellular Ltd - were chargesheeted in a case relating to the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) allocating additional spectrum that had allegedly led to a loss of Rs. 846.44 crore to the exchequer.
Special CBI Judge OP Saini observed that the CBI tried to mislead the court and the chargesheet filed by it was full of "distorted facts".
The court asked the CBI Director to conduct an inquiry against the "erring officials" for filing such a chargesheet in the case.
"I am reading out the last paragraph of the order. It's a false and fabricated chargesheet and there is no incriminating evidence against any of the accused so they are discharged. The chargesheet is full of distorted facts and an attempt has been made to mislead the court," the judge said.
The "CBI Director is directed to make an inquiry against erring officials," the court said.
The court had, on August 31, reserved its order after hearing arguments on framing of charges against the accused.
Shyamal Ghosh, a 1965-batch retired IAS officer, was the Telecom Secretary between February 7, 2000 and May 31, 2002.
The CBI had earlier argued that Mr Ghosh had given additional spectrum to the telecom companies at "throwaway prices" causing a huge loss to the exchequer. He had countered the agency's arguments, saying private firms were not the only beneficiaries of surplus radio waves, but the state-run MTNL and BSNL had also benefitted. He also contended that it could not be said that allocation was done primarily to benefit private companies and asserted that he had not abused his official position in any manner.
Similarly, the accused firms had also countered the loss-to-exchequer theory presented by the CBI, saying they were allotted "spare radio waves" which would have incurred gains to the government.
In its chargesheet, the CBI had alleged that Mr Ghosh had "deliberately" and with "malafide intention" not obtained comments of then Member (Finance) of the Department of Telecommunications on the issue despite the matter involving huge "financial implications".
All the accused were chargesheeted for the alleged offence of criminal conspiracy (section 120-B) of the IPC and under provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act.

My response is given as under:
Whoever spit poison must be punished. But I wanted to stress is that media men try to ignite fire by using a few mischievous elements, whosoever he or she may be . There are about 700 MPs and hardly 5 percent of them are bad. Media project only 5 percent and totally ignore rest 95 percent who are jewel for the country. Media spread the virus of poison. In every family of 20 persons you will find one is notorious. Good parents always good points of good person, sooner or later bad also turn good, it is possible. But if parent glorifying or focusing only on bad persons there is all possibility that ratio of bad will increase slowly
Let police take action against all bad Indians. Yes it is true that if police do not perform or are under pressure of some miscreants. Media should take up the matter with proper authority. If there is a wound or injury on a portion of hand, doctor has to cure that only. Doctor cannot say that all persons of that colour are bad for society. But doctor is also ill motivated that particular Doctor should be booked to task ,not entire community of doctors should be blamed

My reply is as under:---
When judgement goes against people blame court as they blame Modi on their defeat in election or abuse Modi blindly so that he may be defeated in election. But I as neither a bhakt nor a blind critic like some of anti-Modi Modi camp. I admire and praise all good leaders who work good for country and do not blame or abuse blindly like modern era politicians. I respect court and if one does not like he should file a review petition instead of making hollow propaganda against court on social cites.
In the recent past same apex court rejected policy of Modi sarkar framed for appointments of judges. Anti Modi camp lauded judgement and praised court like any thing. Court has given good judgement from its angle. It may be subjected to review.But till it is done the present judgement has to be respected. But one who is prejudiced with own idea, and own concocted truth ,he may ridicule court also
So far as various links you are quoting ,they have all been submitted in court and court has taken cognizance of it. However if these so called facts not submitted to court ,it is the fault of petitioner. There is no fun in submitting the same on social sites or making it a news by ridiculing court.
Persons who are having respect to judiciary do not make comment as a good player having sportsman spirit respect decision of umpire. And if needed files can appeal instead of making a laughing stock of umpireship.
Politicians like Kejriwal ,Lalu, Mulayam, Mayawati, Nitish or Mamta have to win the election ,not by work , but by hook or by crook. And hence they blindly abuse all statement and all acts of Modi and whoever appreciate Narendra Modi is termed as Bhakt.
Kejriwal abused all leaders of Congress party, Lalu, Nitish, Sheila Dikshit,Gadkari and many others when he was attached with India against corruption. When he became CM he forgot all of them and now he is abusing Modi 24 hours and 365 days. This is culture of Indian politics. I am a layman
Still there are some persons who are blind antagonist of Modi and BJP , they cannot be convinced by ground reality. And there is no doubt that persons like Azam Khan may also write to UNO or file a case in International court of Justice
Renowned advocates of entire country like Prashant Bhushan and many other scholars applied all their brain and energy to prove Modi wrong , they failed. All these so called best advocates and politicians do not look into causes of and do not discover man behind Sikh Riot of 1984 and hundreds of riots which use to take place in various states from time to time. It has become a fashion in country to Blame Modi for all petty incidents or accidents, it may be rape case in UP or Delhi or in Bihar.It may be murder or any other crime.
India cannot grow in such a poisonous atmosphere. Please allow to remain there in country a rule of law. Media men are bent upon maligning country's image. In other developed countries it does not happen that opposite parties always put hurdles in working. They do not malign image of their country for serving their self interest. Once a country head is chosen by legal process , all support him and they oppose occasionally when there is serious need of it and fortunately ruling party also give it value after debate.
